Birmingham terrorist who plotted to kill a British Muslim soldier denied parole

A Birmingham terrorist who plotted to kidnap and murder a British Muslim soldier has been denied parole. Parviz Khan was handed a life sentence with a minimum of 14 years in 2008 after pleading guilty to the plan and to the supply of equipment for terrorists.
