Three women sexually assaulted inside Birmingham Bullring’s Victoria’s Secret lingerie store

A 34-year-old man has been arrested after three women were sexually assaulted inside the Victoria’s Secret lingerie store at the Bullring.

Officers were called to landmark Birmingham shopping centre after a woman in her 20s was groped by a pervert inside the shop on a busy Saturday afternoon. A man was later arrested in connection with the incident and police believe two other women were subjected to sex attacks at the same time.

West Midlands Police today (Wednesday, April 19) urged the two other victims to get in touch with the force following the sexual assaults at around 3.30pm on March 11.

A force spokesperson said: "A man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault inside the Bullring – and we’re urging other potential victims to come forward. A woman in her 20s was sexually assaulted in Victoria’s Secret around 3.30pm on 11 March.

"We arrested a 34-year-old man in connection with the incident, he has been released on bail pending further enquiries. We believe two other women may also have been sexually assaulted at the same time, but have not yet got in touch with police.

"We know not everyone feels comfortable contacting the police, please remember there are many other organisations you can contact if you don’t want to come to us for whatever reason."
