The new bar is located at the former Anderson’s Bar and Grill restaurant. The venue will also have live music and salsa nights.

Somewhere in Brum opened for business at the start of May as a cafe and bar and will start serving food to customers this month (June), which will include completely meat free pan-Asian and fusion dishes.

The cafe is the new venture of Guarav Choraria, the owner of Somewhere in Brum. He also owns street food company Notty Bites and the Queens Arms pub on Newhall Street. Some of the craft beer options also include contributions from Tiny Rebel and Purity Brewing.

The launch of the cafe and restaurant follows the opening of another vegan street restaurant in the city recently. The Indian street food & craft beer specialists Bundobust also opened its doors at the start of June.
