Sarah Willingham, founder of Nightcap which aquired the Cocktail Club in 2021, said: “So the Cocktail Club is known for its great parties, no matter what time you go to The Cocktail Club, you always know the light’s going to be swinging, the music’s going to be on point. And we're known for our cocktails. They're always sensational. And we‘re known for being able to gradually churn out loads and loads and loads of exceptional quality cocktails. So this is where you come to the party and drink cocktails.

“This bar, I mean, this is like this is a real bar, you know, you go from space to space to space. It’s been designed by the amazing Matthew Williamson. And every single corner of it's got this wonderful detail. And yet, we're known in the Cocktail Club for bringing our parties, for our late nights and making sure that you can have a really great time whether you're there at 2pm in the afternoon, or whether you’re they're at 12 o'clock at night, still going to have a great party. ”

The Cocktail Club has undergone a rapid period of growth since being acquired by Nightcap in 2021. Despite the hospitality industry generally struggling in the current climate, following the pandemic and the ensuing rise in the cost of living and business expenses. However with the current zeitgeist in Birmingham - a thriving city beaming with potential, there is a level of confidence for investors that it’s the right place to set up shop.
