Take That 2024 Tour is coming to Birmingham Utilita Arena for four nights: dates, tickets & more here

Pop group Take That have announced their exciting new tour after after years and Birmingham is going to get several nights of their amazing music.

Formed in Manchester in 1990, the group currently consists of Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen. This week Gary had photos of several stadiums across the country with the Take That logo. Among those listed were Manchester, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Swansea and others.

Their last your was the Greatest Hits tour four years ago and they will be on the road again next summer. When Take That’s logo appeared on stadiums across the nation on Wednesday, 20 September - Birmingham did not show up but the band has officially announced today (Friday, September 22) that Utilita Arena Birmingham is getting not one but four dates from the hit band.

The band last performed together at the King’s coronation concert earlier this year. They are also live on Radio 2 with Zoe Ball on Friday, September 22. Speaking to Zoe Ball they said: “Well, you know, new music is exciting. We’ve been together for 33 years. And it’s like ‘what is next, how do we sound 2023 and that’s the exciting bit.

Gary Barlow continued: “There’s nothing more we love, figuring out who we are now, it feels fresh, exciting. it feels we’re looking upwards and it’s a nice time of life, hopeful. There’s a light in this music and we’re excited for the audience to hear.”

The pop group announced a brand new single, Windows, out today (September 22) - which is their first original composition in over five years. A statement from the band’s management says: “As a familiar falsetto rings out across the opening notes of Windows, it signals a new era for one of Britain’s best-selling bands, Take That; an era brimming with energy, creativity and a continued desire to challenge and surprise.”

When is Take That performing in Utilita Arena Birmingham?

Take That has officially announced that they will be performing at Birmingham Utilita Arena on Tuesday 14 May 2024, Wednesday 15 May 2024, Friday 17 May 2024, and Saturday 18 May 2024.
