We’ve compiled a list of the Solihull neighbourhoods with the highest estimated average annual household income, based on the latest figures published by the Office for National Statistics.

The total annual household income is the sum of the gross income of every member of the household plus any income from benefits such as Working Families Tax Credit.

The list we have compiled uses figures for so-called Middle Layer Super Output Areas (MSOA) within Solihull and the West Midlands.
