While a visit to Hampton Manor won’t take you back in time, it will show you how to have a good time. With its three award-winning restaurants and luxurious rooms - it’s a place to splurge.
Smoke by Masterchef The Professionals winner, Stuart Deeley, is the latest award-winner getting a triple AA Rosette award for excellence on February 28, 2023. Grace & Savour and Peel’s Restaurant both in Hampton Manor hold four star AA Rosette awards.
Smoke restaurant’s name comes from the smoke from the live fire cooking as Chef Deeley cooks over coals. His food celebrates seasonal produce and the restaurant has an almost casual vibe with its rustic charm, fire pits, and greenhouses.
The restaurant is also listed in the Michelin guide, which says: “There’s an air of relaxed conviviality at this charmingly rustic restaurant next to the kitchen garden in the grounds of Hampton Manor; ask to sit in the greenhouse. The food here celebrates seasonal produce, with cooking over coals the order of the day, and dishes are simple, creative and packed with flavour.”
