A second man was charged after a teenager was stabbed outside a college in Great Barr, Birmingham last week.

Rion Soloman, aged 19, has been charged with wounding and violent disorder and was due before Birmingham Magistrates Court yesterday (Tuesday, October 3).

The incident took place James Watt College in Aldridge Road, Old Oscott last Wednesday afternoon (September 27).

Another 19-year-old man has previously been charged with wounding and possessing a bladed weapon on educational premises.
