Three of Birmingham’s most impressive recent building projects have been revealed as finalists in the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Awards, West Midlands 2024.
The awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure, recognising ‘outstanding achievement, teamwork and companies’.
Amongst the region’s shortlisted schemes are building projects from Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Worcester. The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. They recognise outstanding achievement, teamwork and companies.
The entries are shortlisted across five categories – Residential Development, Community Benefit, Heritage, Public Sector, Refurbishment-Revitalisation. The Public Sector Project category in the West Midlands is sponsored by Carrington West Limited.
Chair of the West Midlands RICS Awards judging panel, Bryony Siggs, said: “It is inspiring to see such inspirational projects in the West Midlands shortlisted for these awards.
