All the 150 Birmingham schools being turned into polling stations for general election

Numerous educational institutions, including schools and nurseries in Birmingham, will be temporarily closed to facilitate the UK general election voting process, on July 4.

The city's 10 constituencies will host polling stations in 150 schools.

These polling stations will welcome voters from 7am until 10pm.

Schools that are being transformed into polling stations will reach out to parents and guardians with additional information regarding possible closures, so it's advisable to monitor your email closely.

Please note that not every school will be affected by this arrangement.

Whether a school is impacted or not depends on if it has been chosen as a polling station.
