Alison Hammond shocked fans with a surprise appearance in Stormzy’s new music video for his song Toxic Trait. The track also features Kilburn rapper Fredo, who Alison is seen interviewing in the video.

The song was uploaded to YouTube last Thursday on June 22. Just hours before the release, Fredo was detained by police at London Heathrow airport upon returning from a holiday in Barbados.

The grime star was reportedly arrested and handcuffed by four officers at 7am. He was taken into custody but later released without charge.

In the music video, Alison Hammond sits opposite Fredo in a secluded room, appearing to interview him as a therapist, asking about his ‘toxic traits’. The Funky Friday rapper reveals to the This Morning presenter that he does not use toenail clippers, much to her concern.

Alison reappears in the video just seconds later, sitting in a group-therapy circle alongside both Stormzy, and Fredo who skillfully deliver a list of toxic traits over the beat produced by Santan Dave.

The new Great British Bake Off presenter appeared delighted with her cameo in the video. She took to Instagram to share a snap of herself and Stormzy on the song’s release date. Alison captioned the post: “My man @stormzy”.
