Birmingham is 'one of the top places for witchcraft in the UK', according to new data

Birmingham has been named one of the top ten witchcraft hotspots in the UK, according to fresh insights from Witch Casket, a global subscription box service run by witches for witches and spirituality seekers.

This revelation comes as searches for witchcraft and witches have remained consistently high since they more than doubled during the pandemic, indicating a growing interest in real witchcraft and spirituality beyond just Halloween.

Witch Casket’s experts have identified the top locations in the UK based on the number of practising witches.

London, unsurprisingly, tops the list due to its dense population, followed by Glasgow and Birmingham in second and third places, respectively.

Other cities making the list include Manchester, Bristol, Leeds, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Nottingham, and Liverpool.

Deb Robinson, Co-Founder of Witch Casket and author of The Witch-ionary, commented on the findings: “We are lucky to have a great insight into the increasing interest in witchcraft.
