The Birmingham trucker with an epic set up - he cooks full lasagne from scratch on own dashboard
Liam Houghton, 38, spends Monday through Friday living in his truck travelling up to 2,200 miles a week delivering food and pallets for a haulage company.
He decided to upgrade his little mobile home - and added a gaming station with flat-screen TV, two consoles and a stack of games. But then he moved on to his cooking set up - and he added a a host of kitchen gadgets to create home cooked meals while on the road.

Hide AdVideo taken by Liam for his social media followers shows him preparing a lasagne right in front of his steering wheel. He starts off by cooking down mince and boiling pasta on a portable electric stove on the truck's dashboard.
Liam then combined all the ingredients in a dish to place in an air fryer before revealing the final result - served with a glass of red.
Liam, a truck driver from Birmingham, said: " I started making changes to my truck setup not long after I began driving over a decade ago.
"At first, I was living pretty minimally, and to be honest, it was a bit depressing. But once I started adding personal touches, like my gaming setup and cooking equipment, I really began to enjoy life on the road."

"At this point, I’ve got most things set up how I like them, but one day I’d love to own my own truck. That’s the big goal.
"I think having my own rig would give me even more freedom to customise it exactly the way I want and really take this lifestyle to the next level."
