Alison Hammond shocks fans with appearance in rapper Stormzy's 'Toxic Trait' music video featuring Fredo

Alison Hammond has shocked fans by appearing in Stormzy’s latest music video, which now has over a million views on YouTube. The This Morning presenter, 48, plays a lead role, appearing roughly half way through prior to Fredo’s feature in the song.

The Brummie TV legend sits opposite grime rapper Fredo in a secluded room, appearing to interview him, asking about his ‘toxic traits’. The Funky Friday rapper reveals to the This Morning presenter that he does not use toenail clippers, much to her concern.

Alison reappears in the video just seconds after, sitting in a group-therapy circle alongside both Stormzy, and Fredo who skillfully deliver a list of toxic traits over the beat produced by Santan Dave. 

The new Great British Bake Off presenter seems to be delighted with her cameo in the video. She took to Instagram to share a snap of herself and Stormzy on the song’s release date. Alison captioned the post: “My man @stormzy”.

Fans went wild in response to the collaboration between the two national treasures. Alison’s This Morning co-star Ruth Langsford wrote: “You make a lovely couple! ❤”. 

Some of the Brummie presenter’s 1.3 million Instagram followers speculated that the pair were an item. One user said: “Please can someone confirm are they actually together?? 😲”. Another added: “Alison you n Stormzy look Beautiful together”.

Alison Hammond revealed to This Morning viewers earlier this year that she had split from her fiance. Stormzy has been in an on-and-off relationship with Love Island presenter Maya Jama for years, with rumours that they had rekindled spreading earlier this year.

“The truth is she's actually back in regular contact with Stormzy and has been heading to his house to meet up away from the spotlight. She visited him a couple of times before her recent holiday to Thailand and it sounds as though they've really clicked again,” a source told The Sun.
