Presenter and actress Alison Hammond is known for her funny one-liners. The This Morning presenter, who was raised in Kingstanding in Birmingham along with her two siblings, made a funny confession while on I Can See Your Voice.

Alison is on the judging panel along with comedian Jimmy Carr and singer Amanda Holden. In the talent show, which is named after a South Korean series, two players are supposed to pick who can and can’t sing from mystery singers standing before them. The one to guess correctly wins cash prizes.

The latest episode of the second season of the show was broadcasted on Saturday (December 3). Alison surprised viewers when she said she hoped that a barber who was on the show had brought his clippers because she would need help to smooth out her legs.

She commented about a contestant who was a barber: “I just hope he’s brought his clippers because I haven’t shaved me legs since lockdown one.”

Amanda, 51, reacted: “Flippin’ hell,” and host Paddy McGuinness, 49, was relieved she said “legs”. Amanda then reminded Alison: “This is a family show.”

But, the Birmingham-based presenter took the joke further by adding: “Imagine it though.” But, fellow panelist, Jimmy, 50, retorted: “I don’t want to imagine it.”

Alison has quickly become a favourite for viewers and even Britain’s Got Talent fans want her to join the show as a David Walliams on the judging panel, according to Metro UK.

Recently, she also defended Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after the release of their documentary trailer, according to Daily Mail. She said on This Morning that they are “damned if they do and damned if they don’t” and added “if the Kardashians can do it why can’t Harry and Meghan”.

Alison is excited for the documentary to be released and said she wants to hear the story from Meghan. The trailer to the Netflix documentary was posted on the second day of the Prince and Princess of Wales’ visit to the US.
