Northfield family left in shock as their parked car suddenly crashes into the living room

Homeowners were left shocked when their parked car ploughed through their living room in a freak hit-and-run crash.

Hide AdFirefighters scrambled to the house in Cheverton Road, in Northfield, at around 3am on Saturday (15/1).
The homeowners were not hurt in the crash which saw their own car rammed through their living room wall.
The driver of the car which caused the crash is being hunted by police.

Hide AdDramatic pictures show the white car embedded in the wall of the house just inches away from a sofa.
Writing on West Midlands Fire and Rescue Service Twitter page, they said: "Green watch crews were called to a car that had hit another parked car at 3am, outside a house in Northfield.
"The collision caused the residents’ car to smash their bay window.
