Police are increasingly concerned for their welfare and are appealing for the public’s help

Police are appealing for help to find a mother and her three-year-old daughter who are missing and have links to Birmingham.

Amy Blackman and Evelyn Vine were last seen at their home address in Oswaldtwistle in Lancashire at around 1pm on Wednesday March 23rd.

Amy, 29, is described as mixed race, 5ft 1in tall of slim build with dark brown curly shoulder length hair.

She has a floral tattoo on her back.

Evelyn is described as mixed race, with brown eyes and light brown hair.

She is petite for her age.As well as Oswaldtwistle they have links to Preston, Oldham, Bury, Lincolnshire as well as Birmingham.

A statement from Lancashire Police, read: “We are now growing increasingly concerned for their welfare and would ask anyone who sees them or has any information to please contact us.

“We would also appeal directly to Amy, if she sees this appeal, to get in touch with police and let us know she is safe.“Anyone who can help is asked to call 101, quoting log 0741 of March 26.”
