East-Asian inspired homeware brand KENJI opens flagship store in Bullring

The East-Asian inspired homeware and stationery brand, KENJI, opened its debut location in the West Midlands at Bullring. The opening follows the news that JD Sports will double its presence in Bullring & Grand Central.

The KENJI store by Grosvenor Europe is located on Bullring’s middle level replaces Clinton’s store. The 3,250 sq ft West Midlands flagship showcases KENJI’s full range of eclectic homeware, collectable plushies and kawaii stationery ranges, as well as their selection of East-Asian snacks and confectionary.

The opening of the store coincided with the launch of its app, KENJILand. The immersive virtual experience will let users interact with a digital community and experience an array of virtual worlds. Interactive displays, KENJILand game merchandise, and a seamless connection with social media sharing are all part of the brand’s blending of offline and online.

The retailer currently has stores in Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Warrington, Preston and Bury. The official opening in Birmingham is on November 12 when first 50 customers who spend over £10 get a free goody bag.
