The TV show takes an alternative look at how visitors might spend 48 hours in some of the world’s most popular mini-break destinations. The trip is led by Travel Man, and he is always joined by a famous face.

The 10th series of the Channel 4 show aired earlier this year, with the series the first to be presented by comedian and presenter Lycett. On the day the Christmas special aired, Lycett posted a clip on his Twitter page revealing his favourite thing from his time in Rio.

While visitng the Christ the Redeemer statue in the Brazilian city, Lycett noticed Leeds United fans had hilariously left a sticker on a pole next to the statue which red: ‘We Are Leeds’. Those Leeds fans certainly do get everywhere!

One of the reasons Leeds fans may have left the sticker there ie because there is a mural in Leeds of ex-Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa depicted as Christ the redeemer.

Reacting to the Tweet, one person wrote: “Leeds influence has global reach.” Another asked: “Who are these football fans that walk around with a sheet of stickers everywhere they go???”
