Comedian Joe Lycett is giving away his own car on Late Night show for this reason - how to apply?

Comedian and now talk show host Joe Lycett announced that he is giving away his own car on his new talk show. The comedian said he owns a Lexus hybrid that he loves.

In his quirky way of doing things, the comedian said that those who apply to play live on his Late Night Lycett studio on a Friday night get a chance to win the truly incredible prize of his actual car and get a chance to have their face on telly.

On Twitter, Lycett said: “Long story short I had a zoom with Channel 4 to ask about paying for some prizes on my show and they said they wouldn’t give us any more money cause it’s expensive to do a live show outside of London or some shit. I jokingly said, ‘I’ll just give away my possessions shall I?’

“Anyway we’re giving away my actual fucking car. It’s a Lexus hybrid so not full leccy but also not full plastic bottle in a dolphin’s gob. I love it and am annoyed.”

How to apply?

His show is looking for people who have a funny but unfortunate story. If you are aged 18 or over and meet the other eligibility requirements below and think you’ve got a story to beat all other stories then what are you waiting for?

Eligibility requirements

In order to submit an application for Which Lee Has The Key? you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are aged 18 years old or over; 2. you are a permanent legal resident and currently living in the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands; 3. you have previously not been a playing contestant on Which Lee Has The Key?; 4. you are not:(a) currently employed by Channel 4, Rumpus Media or any of the Channel 4 group of companies; or(b) a live-in partner or immediate relative (i.e., mother, father, son, daughter, brother or sister) of someone who works on this series of Late Night Lycett
