Jack Grealish spotted in top Italian restaurant in Birmingham

The Manchester City player was enjoying a night out back in his home city

Jack Grealish might have left Aston Villa for Manchester City over a year ago now, but he still enjoys popping back to Birmingham to enjoy a night out in the city’s lively hospitality scene.

On Thursday night he was spotted at super stylish restaurant and nightspot Fumo on Waterloo Street, next to St Phillips Square, in the city centre.

Jack was pictured with some of the team at the popular venue who were delighted he came in to visit. Fumo said: “The legend Jack Grealish came to dine with us on Waterloo Street last night 🙌.”

The restaurant is next to The Ivy and The Oyster Club, so there are plenty of swish places that could have tempted Jack to visit nearby.

Fumo is renowned for its inventive cocktails and extensive menu of cicchetti style Italian dishes - which are smaller than a main and bigger than a starter - so perfect for sharing.

At the weekend the venue comes alive at night with resident DJs playing till 2am. It’s open till 1am on Sunday to Thursday. You can also visit Fumo at Selfridges in Birmingham, although it isn’t open as late as the venue on Waterloo Street.

Manchester City have got a big day ahead of them on Sunday (October 16) as they face Liverpool away.
