After transporting thousands of fans into the world of Thomas Shelby and his Birmingham-inspired crew, Peaky Blinders: The Rise is due to finish its extended run in London this summer.

The epic 360-degree immersive experience follows the rise in the fortunes of the Shelby family with guests playing an active role in determining their success along the way.

Now Peaky Blinders: The Rise organisers say the show could be based permanently in Birmingham - the spiritual home of the Peaky Blinders, apparently there’s some family business that just can’t wait any longer!

It is currently set within The Camden Garrison in London’s Camden Market. Like the TV drama, the experience follows  the rise in the fortunes of the Shelby family with guests playing an active role in determining their own success during their visit.

Set in beautifully realised 1920s London scenes, guests at the current experience fully immerse themselves in the impressive sets, unmissable character interactions and competitive game play as they help steer the Shelby family to victory and realise their ambition to take London.

For ultimate Peaky fans, there is also the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes and explore the experience’s impressive sets in a Peaky Blinders: The Rise set tour which takes place as a separate event.

Fans are invited to wander amongst the 1920’s sets and take on their own Peaky’s persona - whether relaxing in Tommy’s Office, propping up the bar at The Camden Garrison or placing a bet in the Bookies.

Not only will guests be able to appreciate the incredible set design of the experience, they will also be able to see numerous original pieces from the TV series including The Vardo (Gypsy Caravan), The Garrison Bar signage and furniture pieces from Polly’s home in the show. It is expected that the whole experience could move to Birmingham permanently - but this is not yet confirmed and no location has been identified by the organisers at present.

Brian Hook, Co-Owner of Immersive Everywhere, says: Peaky Blinders: The Rise has been a huge success in pushing the boundaries of the immersive theatre tradition, allowing guests to play an active role in the storyline and determine the story’s ending. We are absolutely thrilled with the achievements of the experience throughout the course of the run and look forward to what’s next for the show.”

Jamie Glazebrook, Executive Producer at Caryn Mandabach Productions, comments:“Going to ‘The Rise’ really is like being inside the TV show. You step into the world of Peaky, surrounded by beloved characters, taking part in iconic scenes, and listening to some of the series’ best music. I’m truly thrilled that so many people have been able to immerse themselves in this extraordinary experience, and I’m excited about what is coming next.”
