Hollywood Bowl at Resorts World launches with a star-studded event

With 17 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, a Hollywood Diner serving delicious food and drink and an exhilarating amusement area - Hollywood Bowl at Resorts World is definitely worth a visit.

So it’s no wonder a host of celebrities came out to celebrate it’s official launch on Thursday (January 27).

Model and TV personality Danielle Lloyd and Gogglebox star Paige Deville joined the entourage who rocked and bowled the night away at the venue on Pendigo Way next to the NEC.

The Wasps rugby team were also among the guests who were bowled over by the new venue, which has been open to the public since December 10.

They were joined by a look-alike Marilyn Monroe to mark the launch of the iconic brand’s next generation, opening in true LA style.

Situated opposite the Genting hotel’s lobby at Resorts World Birmingham, this latest Hollywood Bowl venue is easy to reach.

There are plenty of delicious food and drinks to enjoy before, after and during your game - including American-style classics such as hot dogs, burgers and shakes.

The amusement area features leading games including Space Invaders as well as all time family favourites such as air hockey and racing games.

What has Hollywood Bowl said about their new opening at Resorts World in their own words?

Matt Whale, Centre Manager at Hollywood Bowl Birmingham Resorts World, said: “Since our opening in December, we have been delighted to be able to welcome families and friends to come and experience a true Hollywood Bowl experience at our new centre.

“Being able to reunite, just in time with the restrictions lifting and toast with our customers on the occasion of this VIP night felt like an extended celebration for our opening, with guests and celebrities getting the real A-star treatment they deserve.”

Are there any Covid restrictions at Hollywood Bowl?

The team at Resorts World have advised: “Following the lifting of restrictions, it is no longer a requirement to wear face coverings in Hollywood Bowl centres across England and guests will be able to continue wearing their own shoes to bowling.

“The centre team members will also continue with enhanced cleaning and the popular lane seating dividers will be remaining to give guests a more private experience.”
