Cyle Crowley, 18, charged with the murder of Hazim Al Bajouri in Hockley, Birmingham

Police have charged a man with the murder of a 41-year-old man who was found with fatal stab injuries on Hunters Road in Hockley on the evening of Monday (12 June).

Paramedics called police to Hunters Road in Hockley just after 8pm, but despite their efforts the 41-year-old man died at the scene. His family has been informed and is being supported by a family liaison officer.

Cyle Crowley, aged 18, has been charged with the murder of Hazim Al Bajouri, 41. Furthermore, Khalil Henriques, aged 23, has been charged with assisting an offender.

They have both been remanded to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court today (June 15).

Five people in total were arrested on Monday following the incident. Two men, aged 43 and 21 and a 37-year-old woman have now been bailed for further enquires in relation to assisting an offender.
