At the time her death was treated as unexplained, however following further enquiries police have now charged a man with murder.

Pawel Ondycz appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court this morning (20 June). The 50-year-old, of no fixed address, was remanded into custody to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on Thursday (22 June).

Family tribute

In a touching tribute, Kinga’s family said: “Missing you is like the sun that never burns out. Though the spring grasses are gone forever, we look forward to meeting you in our Lord’s gardens among the flowers you loved. From another world you will watch the children grow up.

“You have forever left a void in our hearts, empty arms, and an empty place at the Christmas table. We love you and we are looking forward to meeting you.”
