Birmingham's historic Electric Cinema is set for a significant transformation, as developers reveal plans for the iconic site on Station Street.
Property developer Glenbrook proposes reviving the UK's oldest working cinema into a bustling hub for independent cinema and culture.

Hide AdBacked by stars like Ozzy Osbourne, the plan emphasises maintaining the cinema's independence, adding high-quality screens, and a comprehensive food and beverage offering to draw larger crowds.
Beyond the cinema, a tall residential building may provide the necessary investment, fostering a vibrant cultural quarter on Station Street in collaboration with Birmingham City Council.
