New data from online food delivery service Deliveroo shows the most popular takeaway dishes ordered in Birmingham - and the results may surprise you
Come Friday night, Brummies don’t really like to cook, according to new data from food delivery specialists Deliveroo.
The on demand delivery experts have been serving up tasty meals to Brummies for the past eight years- so they’ve built up quite a lot of expertise in this area. Apparently the most popular day and time to order food in the Birmingham is 7pm on Friday.
And Deliveroo have checked their data further to discover what the most popular takeaway dishes are that Brummies are ordering the most of. And, the findings may surprise you as Asian food and drinks are the most beloved cuisine when it comes to getting food in.
But its not a curry or Chinese that people in the city are ordering most of the time. It’s a dish from Korea that is the go to favourite in town. Here are the top 10 takeaway dishes ordered in Birmingham:
1. Spicy Korean Wings from Wingstop

2. Pearl Milk Tea from T4
T4 is a Bubble Tea chain which originates in Taiwan. The tea cafe serves many flavourful teas that can be customised but the most ordered drink from their outlets is the Pearl Milk Tea.
