Four are charged over human trafficking after raids in Birmingham
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Four people were brought before the Birmingham Magistrates’ Court, facing charges related to human trafficking.
Following a series of raids, two males and two females were apprehended and subsequently charged, according to police reports.

Hide AdDaoying Tang, Degang Wei, Lin Qing, and Lech Kossowski were all accused of managing prostitution for profit.
After their appearance at the Birmingham Magistrates’ Court on May 3, all four were held in custody until their subsequent court date.
West Midlands Police stated: "Four people have been charged with human trafficking after raids at properties across Birmingham.
“Following an investigation by our Major Crime United, warrants were carried out at three addresses in Birmingham on May 1, where two men and two women were arrested and subsequently charged.

Hide Ad"Daoying Tang, Degang Wei, Lin Qing and Lech Kossowski, were all charged with controlling prostitution for gain, and remanded in custody. All four appeared before Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Friday, May 3, where they were remanded until their next court appearance.
"A number of vulnerable sex workers were encountered and safeguarded during the enforcement with the assistance of our exploitation team and Women's Aid."
