Crazy Pedro’s shares sneak peak inside Birmingham restaurant coming to Custard Factory
Crazy Pedro’s has shared a behind-the-scenes look into the development of the new restaurant coming to Birmingham.
The photos, shared on the Crazy Pedro’s Instagram page, show work underway at the pizza parlour’s newest establishment in Digbeth’s Custard Factory.
Described as a ‘part-time pizza parlour and full-time tequila and mezcal bar’, Crazy Pedro’s is set to open ‘this summer’.
It is well known for serving up pizza creations such as Crème Eggs on pizza and ‘chippy tea’ with curry sauce. The new Birmingham venue will serve 16 and 24-inch pizzas with slices available until 3am.
The bar will also showcase one of the largest agave collections in the UK while serving frozen margaritas on tap.
Part of the Liars Group, this will be the fourth Crazy Pedro’s to open in the UK following successful launches in Manchester, where there are two sites, and Liverpool.
Jobe Ferguson, Liars Group owner, said: “We’ve been eyeing up sites in Birmingham for a while now.
“When we came across the space at The Custard Factory we knew we had found ‘the one’.
“We can’t wait to introduce Digbeth and the rest of Birmingham to Crazy Pedro’s and our late night pizza party concept.”
