It’s two years since the unthinkable happened and we were all ordered to stay at home and only come out for a set period of time to exercise.

Thankfully those days are behind us now and we free of coronavirus restrictions.

But there are many things that have changed in our everyday lives since 23 March 2020 - the date of the first lockdown.

We’re not required to wear facemasks while in public, but they are a more common feature these days than before and many of us are working from home more - something that we may not have considered before.
