The 14 busiest train stations in the UK and where Birmingham New Street is ranked

New data has revealed where Birmingham New Street ranks in terms of passenger numbers compared to the rest of the UK

Data gathered by LENNON (Latest Earnings Networked Nationally Over Night) and local ticketing data, has confirmed which station's are the busiest across the country.

The data estimates the total number of entries and exits made at each station between April 2022 to March 2023.

Last week, we revealed the 18 busiest stations in Birmingham using office for Rail and Road (ORR) data, with Birmingham New Street coming out on top.

Here are the 14 busiest train stations in UK and where Birmingham New Street Station is ranked:
