This new menu takes in a mix of European Influences, Asian inspired flavours and takeaway food, with many playful elements which pay homage to Treadwell’s life and family.

Last chance to see Goldilocks and the Three Bears panto at Birmingham Hippodrome

It’s the final weekend of Goldilocks and the Three Bears playing over at the Hippodrome. Running to the 30th January, the pantomime is playing with a circus theme this year, offering riotous comedy, extraordinary special effects, and the return of much loved panto favourite Matt Slack. Funk, disco and groovy tunes all weekend at The Night Owl

Busy weekend over at the Night Owl with an eclectic mix of styles. On Friday night from 10pm, Le Freak: Soul Train is back featuring a mix of soul, funk, disco and boogie. The night includes a legendary dance off hosted by Dancing Diva Kira

Then Saturday between 8pm and 10, Tipitina returns to the Night Owl with a unique take on blues, barrelhouse, boogie and gospel.

X-factor star Sam Bailey releases a new single

For those planning on staying in this weekend, we’ve still got you covered here on What’s On. 2013’s X Factor winner Sam Bailey is releasing a new single - a cover of the classic Stevie Nicks record “Edge of Seventeen”.

Sam Bailey has been singing from the age of 15 and is perhaps best remembered for her powerful duet with Nicole Scherzinger on the popular talent show. The single will be released on Friday 28th January.
