The incredible prize money totals all 20 clubs in the Premier League are set to earn following the close of the 2022/23 campaign.

One of the most exciting Premier League seasons of recent history has now come to a close. Manchester City ended the 2022-23 campaign as champions but Arsenal put up a great fight for much of the term, whereas other battles at both ends of the table went down to the wire.

Newcastle United, Brighton & Hove Albion and Aston Villa upset the apple cart for the usual ‘big six’ by pushing themselves all the way to European qualification, while Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur finished in a disappointing 12th and eighth respectively.

Brentford and Fulham were two terrific surprise packages as they both had spells where they believed they could sneak into the top seven. There were also some top recoveries from Wolverhampton Wanderers and AFC Bournemouth under new management.

Nottingham Forest and Everton put together some last-ditch results to survive relegation but the same could not be said for Southampton, Leicester City and Leeds United who all face the dreaded drop to the Sky Bet Championship ahead of next season.

Manchester United pipped Newcastle United to third spot on the final day but Eddie Howe and his men won’t mind as they surpassed all expectations by qualifying for the Champions League. That’s not the only prize these teams and all the rest will receive though, as more awaits.

Now the curtains have closed on the thrilling campaign, all 20 clubs will collect their prize money payments for their respective finishing positions. Last season, it was £2.2 million for every extra place – in addition to a base fee of around £84 million as television revenue.

With those figures in mind, here’s the prize money all 20 teams are set to earn this time around.
