West Bromwich Albion face Preston North End in their final match of 2022. The Baggies have enjoyed a strong end to the year and will head into 2023 looking up the table rather than down.

The Baggies have won four of their last five matches, with a 1-0 loss at Coventry City being the only blip. Last time out, they cruised to a 2-0 win away at Bristol City on Boxing Day.

Opponents Preston are currently 10th in the Championship but are on a mixed run of form. Back to back defeats have left them just two points above West Brom.

Victory for the Baggies could move them into the top six. Three points for the visitors could - if results go their way, see them move up to as high as fourth.

West Brom welcome Preston for what is an 8pm kick off on Thursday December 29 at the Hawthorns. Here is how you can follow proceedings both in person and on TV.

How to get tickets

Tickets for the visit of Preston North End are available to purchase through the official West Bromwich Albion website. Ticket prices are capped at £25 for adults in all areas of the Hawthorns.
