What about it’s connection to the old Click Club?

The Click Club at Burberries ran from 1986 to 1990 and then moved to The Institute in Digbeth (now the O2 Institute). Hundreds of bands played at the venue, including Primal Scream, Pop Will Eat Itself, The Wonderstuff, Inspiral Carpets, Ocean Colour Scene, Ned’s Atomic Dustbin and Terry and Gerry.

The Mercian developers, Moda Living, say the complex will pay homage to Birmingham’s musical heritage through its interiors and curated events for residents - with music at the core.
