The body of a man was also found inside the house.
Gregory Duhamel, aged 47, died from hanging and police investigations have now concluded that he killed Lucy before taking his own life.
West Midlands Police is not seeking anyone else in connection with their deaths and the matter will now be referred to the coroner.
