Quadrant asset management announced that childrens indoor soft play operator Monster Mayhem recently extended its lease on the premises it already occupies for an additional 10 years. In addition, Zauq Buffet, the Southern Asian fine dining buffet restaurant, has renewed its lease with a new 15-year term on its premises at the venue.
The news comes after it was announced in August that Capital Karts had leased 40,000 sq ft at the complex to create the longest and fastest e-kart track in the Midlands.
The 800-metre double-height track will have a fleet of electric karts that can reach up to 45 mph, making it the UK’s second indoor track after Capital Karts’ track in London to achieve this speed. New lettings have also been secured to Taco Bell and Indian street food specialist Chaiiwala.
