Hide AdPolice have released the footage while warning that vehicle theft has risen by 37% in the region.
They say criminals can break into cars without keys. Instead they use gadgets.
Some cars that are stolen are then being cut up for parts, making it difficult to trace them once they’re gone.
The advice is contained in the tweet below, including using a steering wheel lock.
