Man dies after being hit by Birmingham bus

West Midlands Police is appealing for information after a man died two days after being hit by a bus in Birmingham.

The 54-year-old was hit on Stratford Road, Sparkbrook, near to Farm Road, at around 10pm on Saturday (May 28).

The driver immediately stopped, and is helping police with the investigation.

The victim was taken to hospital to be treated for a head injury, but sadly died last night (Monday, May 30).

His family are being supported by a specially trained officer.
