The Kerryman pub in Digbeth is now available to rent.

Previously known as The Roscommon Bar and historically as The Old Bulls Head, the vacant property fronts the busy Digbeth high street and is located in the very heart of the creative quarter of the city.

The Irish pub was previously run by the O’Connor family. The Kerryman earned a reputation as a hub for the Irish community, hosting the Monday Irish Club for many years, and hosting live Irish traditional music.

The pub, which hs been known for its draft beer and live music, is of course also just a short walk from The Bullring and the city centre and is also adjacent to the O2 institution.

The area has seen an influx of operators in the area and Digbeth has also undergone huge infrastructure changes including the ongoing Eastside Metro tramline extension (scheduled to be completed in 2023) which will run directly outside the pub and link to the city centre via Curzon Street, the terminus of the HS2 rail line.

The property is owned by the Wellington Pub Co property, and is now up for rent at £37,500 per annum. The pub has an open plan trading area, seven en-suite letting rooms, 24 hour premises licence and a new free of tie letting.
