A wacky businessman is selling a 2023 calendar celebrating the CALVES of Jack Grealish - and says they are flying off the shelves ahead of the World Cup.

Kevin Beresford, 70, has dedicated 12 months entirely to the impressive defined leg muscles of the England star as a unique stocking filler this Christmas.

The grandad-of-two first released a version for 2022 which proved to be a best seller so he’s now selling ‘The Wonderful World of Jack Grealish’s Calves (The Sequel)’.

Kevin says his latest offering promises the best selection of pictures so far as the Man City player’s legs have got ‘bigger, better and more beautiful’ in the last 12 months.

The £12.50 calendar includes a series of ‘luscious’ close-ups of the 27-year-old midfielder’s calves, with his upper body cropped out. Kevin says men have been flocking to buy them for their wives and girlfriends and expects even more interest this month as his calves are ‘displayed on the world stage’.

Kevin, of Redditch, said: “It was my best-selling calendar last year and that’s what pushed me to do a sequel. The pictures are better this year, his calves have got better and bigger and they look more beautiful.

“I’ve said before Grealish has the calves of a Greek god and now they even look less hairy. Whether he shaves them I don’t know but I think they’re luscious this year. As the World Cup starts people will be noticing him more too. His calves are going to be on the world stage.

“In the calendar people can expect a variety of shots of Grealish showcasing his calves - from sitting down to full sprinting mode and even upside-down.

“My favourite month is January where he’s in the gym and his legs are up in the air. I don’t think he looks as sexy in this and it just makes me laugh. His calves have become iconic - he always wears his socks rolled down with dinky shin pads to show off his legs every match.”

Kevin said most of the people that have been ordering the A3-sized calendar are men and he has seen a surge in orders during the run up to the World Cup in Qatar.

The dad-of-four, a retired painter, added: “I look at the names on the orders and they tend to be men. I think the guys are buying the calendars for their girlfriends because he is so dishy. I can just see their girlfriends gushing over Jacky boy.

“I don’t just get orders from Manchester, people buy the calendar from all over Britain and people from the Midlands still want one too even though he left Aston Villa.

“I think that’s because the girls still love him even though he’s gone to Manchester City and obviously everyone will be supporting him playing for England too.”

Aston Villa fan Kevin first decided to make the calendar after Grealish left his boyhood club to join Manchester City for a record £100 million sum in August 2021.

He added: “When he left Villa to go over to the dark side, I felt that he was leaving us behind. So, when I first printed the calendar last year, I guess it was a little act of revenge.

“But I have forgiven him now for leaving Villa and he is appearing on the world stage now, so I’ll be routing for him and England in the World Cup. I think he’ll do very well so long as Southgate plays him.

“He seems reluctant to have him on for 90 minutes and that annoys the whole nation as everyone wants to see Grealish start and play. England will definitely clear their group. I think they will at least make it to the semi-finals. In the last Euros we reached the final so we have done well, we’ll just have to wait and see.”
