Birmingham weather this week: When will it rain in Birmingham?

Don’t get us wrong, we love the warm weather but it’s getting a bit muggy out there.

Sometimes, all we need is a bit of rain to clear the air and leave things feeling fresh again.

Because right now, merely existing causes apocalyptic levels of sweat.

It’s especially bad at night when you’re trying to sleep (duvet on, duvet off).

Thankfully, relief is heading our way with the Met Office predicting rain will fall in Birmingham tonight (August 5).

According to the Met Office’s hour-by-hour forecast rain is expected to hit Birmingham at around 3am.

The forecast says: “A dry evening with some later spells of sunshine, but cloud and rain will move eastwards overnight, perhaps heavy at first. A warm and muggy night for most. Minimum temperature 15 °C.

A cloudy and damp start to Tuesday but it will quickly turn drier and brighter from the west. The afternoon may see the odd shower and feel fresher than Monday. Maximum temperature 23 °C.”
