She’s a particular fan of ‘niche fried food joints’ by the looks of things and she and Carlos have already enjoyed a Chinese BBQ with a margarita. Fans have replied with heaps of great suggestions for Angela to make the most of her time in our city. Suggestions on where to go and what to do have included:
- The Birmingham Library and its gardens
- Damascena
- Medicine Bakery
- The Jewellery Quarter with a shout out for Txikiteo, Trentina, 1000 Trades and the Coffin Works
- Opeem
- Tropea in Harborne
- Eat Vietnam in Stirchley
- Bonehead
- Morridge
- Red Brick Market
- Ikon Gallery
Angela isn’t the only Strictly star to be excited about arriving in Birmingham. Angela Rippon posted a joyous video of her checking out the Utilita Arena Birmingham stage earlier this week.
