A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “We're also asking anyone we've not yet spoken with to get in contact. Or if you were driving in Coventry Road, Heybarnes Road or Hob Moor Road between about 5.45pm and 6.15pm, we'd ask you take a look at dashcam footage, as it may hold vital information to assist with enquiries.

“We understand such incidents can be upsetting and unsettling and our neighbourhood teams are continuing to carry out extra patrols in the area to offer reassurance. Investigators have set up a special online portal for anyone to send over information or dashcam to us via the MIPP at Public Portal (mipp.police.uk).
