West Midlands Police has charged two suspects with attempted murder following a shooting on New Year’s Day in Birmingham
Birmingham Police have named two men they have charged with attempted murder following a shooting in Birmingham.
Christ Lidiu, 24 and Exauce Mazebo, 22, were charged after a man was shot in the shoulder in Constitution Hill, on New Year's Day.

Hide AdA spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “The man's injuries are thankfully not life threatening, though they could be life changing.”
Lidiu appeared before magistrates in Birmingham on January 18 and is due to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on Monday (January 22). Mazebo is due to appear before magistrates in Birmingham today (Saturday, January 20). WMP added: “Both men have been remanded in custody until their court dates.”
