Birmingham school holidays 2023: Full list of term dates and breaks including Easter holidays

The new year is underway, and school children across Birmingham are back in the classroom. The Christmas and new year holiday was the last time children were off, and the next holidays will be here before we know it.

Children may be counting down these days, parents and guardians not so much. Yet the next time children will be on holiday from school will be the February half term. This gets underway on Friday February 17.

The first term of the new year started for most Birmingham students on January 3. This was the start of the Spring Term.

Students will return for the second term of the year and the last of the 2022-23 school year on Monday April 17. This return to the classroom will signal the end of the Easter holidays.
