The 10 most dangerous roads in & around Birmingham with highest amount of collisions

Safety on our roads has long been a concern for residents in Birmingham.

Like many major cities, Birmingham has its fair share of car crashes and accidents, but which roads are the most dangerous?

Data provided by West Midlands Police unveils the ten roads in Birmingham which have had the highest number of car crashes in the last two years: between 2021 and 2023.

The data has been extracted from a number of data sources used by forces for police purposes to provide the most accurate data profile possible. However, West Midlands Police said the data collected is subject to the inaccuracies inherent in any large scale recording system.

The data includes accidents on Birmingham roads, as well as roads in and around the city and looks at the number of collisions recorded between January 1, 2021 and September 30, 2023.
