Kody Stephenson is due at Birmingham Magistrates Court today charged with the murder of Ronique Thomas on Kings Heath High Street in Birmingham

West Midlands Police has charged a third person for the murder of Ronique Thomas in Kings Heath, Birmingham.

Kody Stephenson, aged 20 from Stechford, is due to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court today (16 May) to face the murder charge along with a robbery charge.

Mr Thomas was found with fatal stab injuries on the High Street in the early hours of 26 April. A 17-year-old boy and man aged 20 have already been charged with murder and robbery.
