Here’s a few of the highlights from Kings Heath Festival 2023 as thousands enjoy the celebrations with pictures from Jack Rogers

Thousands turned out to enjoy the celebrations at Kings Heath Festival 2023.

There was a host of live music to enjoy on two stages from local heroes, street food, community and local business stalls and so much more.

A smattering of rain failed to dampen the spirits as local families and friends gathered for the brilliant Brummie celebration which also featured artists from  High Vis got some painting underway by The Juke and some great indy and creative stalls from Kings Heath Artisan Market (which is set to hold its next event on York Road on October, 8).

The Hare and Hounds hosted bands including the Major Toms, Friendly Fire Band and The Atlantic players on the main stage on York Road and an after party. And Fletchers sponsored the acoustic stage on Heathfield Road featuring The Eggmen, Peter Plays Lennon and more.

We caught up with Kings Heath BID manager Matt Powell who was delighted with the event as you can see in our video at the top of this story.

Here’s 27 picture showing some of the highlights:
