Travel disruption after road traffic collision in Edgbaston, Birmingham

There are delays on a road near Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham after a road traffic collision this morning (Monday, October 2).

A road traffic collision has taken place on Willows Road in Edgbaston. West Midlands Roads have asked motorists to allow extra time to travel. However, they labelled the travel disruption as a minor one.

National Express West Midlands wrote on X, formerly Twitter that due to an incident on Willows Road in Edgbaston Service 35 is currently diverting in both directions via Belgrave Middleway and Pershore Road. NXWM added: “Apologies for any disruption to your journey.”
